WHAT ARE MOD WATCHES?
A Seiko MOD watch is a modified watch assembled from parts, resulting in a unique watch. The parts that make up a MOD watch come from the Seiko factory and OEM factories. For example, the MM300 style red second hand is not manufactured by Seiko and is only available from an OEM factory. These watches are unique and cannot be purchased at a typical store.
Seiko is a Japanese brand popular with customization enthusiasts. My watches are assembled by hand, which makes them unique and exclusive.
WHO IS BEHIND OH MY MOD WATCHES?
We are Daniel and Mario and we are passionate about watches, especially Seiko Mods. OH MY MOD WATCHES website is an independent workshop offering watches assembled from new parts. We are not associated or affiliated with any watch brand or manufacturer. All parts surrounding the movement are assembled by hand in Spain and the brands mentioned are for reference only. It is likely that many watchmakers do not spend as much time as I do to analyze hundreds of modifications to know the possible combinations. WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR STORE?
I work from our apartment/office in Madrid, Spain, and I don't have a physical location or store. My work is online and unfortunately I don't have time to meet my clients in person.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
Payment is made in full directly when ordering by credit card or PayPal, and is 100% secure for the buyer. Payment must be made in full before the watch is shipped.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
The complete custom modifications I make come with a one-year warranty, but I am not responsible for any damage to the watch. For example, it is impossible to know if the wearer of the watch made sure the crown was screwed down before swimming with it.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?
I offer refunds for all watches purchased from the web store that are returned within 7 days of the date of receipt, provided the item is unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. Please note that since these watches are handmade to order, all refunds are subject to a 7% service fee deduction from the total order amount.
Please note that CUSTOM watch orders and deposits are not eligible for returns or refunds due to the time and cost involved in building custom watches.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs and custom fees to return your item. Shipping costs and custom fees are non-refundable.
HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
I usually need 2 to 5 days to process orders and 3 to 5 days to prepare the shipment before sending it via express courier company.
When placing an ORDER ON DEMAND, please note that the estimated shipping time is approximately three weeks after receipt of payment. Watches are handmade and assembled from individual pieces, which means that delivery times may not always be exact. Occasionally, the watch may arrive earlier or later than expected. I appreciate your understanding and patience.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I can ship worldwide. If you are unable to place an order because your shipping area is not listed on the website, please send me a message to check shipping costs to your destination.
Shipping to Europe is included in the price, but some destinations in Europe have a surcharge due to high shipping prices. For example, the island of Malta, the Canary Islands or the island of Sardinia. If you reside in one of these destinations, once you place your order, I will send you a link to pay the additional shipping cost.
