WHAT ARE MOD WATCHES?

A Seiko MOD watch is a unique timepiece, assembled from various parts. These components come from both the Seiko factory and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) factories. For instance, the MM300 style red second hand isn't manufactured by Seiko; it's exclusively available from an OEM factory. Because of this, these watches are truly one-of-a-kind and can't be purchased at a typical store.

Seiko, a renowned Japanese brand, is highly popular among customization enthusiasts. My watches are meticulously assembled by hand, making each one exclusive and unique.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

Payment is collected in full directly when you place your order, either by credit card or PayPal. Our payment process is 100% secure for the buyer. Please note that full payment must be received before your watch can be shipped.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

The complete custom modifications I perform come with a one-year warranty. However, I am not responsible for any damage to the watch that occurs due to improper use. For example, it's impossible to determine if the wearer ensured the crown was screwed down before swimming with it.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

I offer refunds for all watches purchased from the web store that are returned within 7 days of the receipt date. The item must be unused and in the same condition as received, and it must be returned in its original packaging. Please note that since these watches are handmade to order, all refunds are subject to a 7% service fee deduction from the total order amount.

Important: CUSTOM watch orders and their deposits are not eligible for returns or refunds due to the significant time and cost involved in building them.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs and customs fees to return your item. Please be aware that shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable.

HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

I typically need 2 to 5 days to process orders and 3 to 5 days to prepare the shipment before sending it via express courier company.

When placing an "ORDER ON DEMAND," please note that the estimated shipping time is approximately three weeks after receipt of payment. Watches are handmade and assembled from individual pieces, which means that delivery times may not always be exact. Occasionally, your watch might arrive earlier or later than expected. Your understanding and patience are greatly appreciated.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes, I can ship worldwide. If you are unable to place an order because your shipping area is not listed on the website, please send me a message so I can check shipping costs to your destination.

Shipping to Europe is included in the price. However, some destinations in Europe have a surcharge due to high shipping prices. For example, this applies to the island of Malta, the Canary Islands, or the island of Sardinia. If you reside in one of these destinations, once you place your order, I will send you a link to pay the additional shipping cost.
